Have a Spooky Good Time...

I hope everyone has a safe but spooky good time today and this evening as you celebrate Halloween.

May your ghost stories be scary, but not to scary.
May you have lots of treats, but very few tricks.
May you remember with warm thoughts loved ones who have passed.
May you have lots of laughter and fun with your family and friends.

Lauren's Mate: Quote

Lauren's Mate
Bryant Station Curves
Book 5

Quote
The sweet, faint scent of honey and oranges had teased him all morning. His bear wanted to go in and find the source of the scent, but Adam had kept a tight hold on him. Coming face-to-face with his beautiful mate had changed the game.

Monday Musing: October and Spooky Movies

The past couple of months have been busy…so busy, I’ve just realized October is half gone and I have not put out any Halloween decorations.

Usually, by October 1, I’ve got the front porch decorated.

Not this year.

I don’t even know where DH stored my iron pumpkins that I put out each year. I think they are in the storage building.

And the sad thing…Halloween is my favorite time of the year.
I love the decorations, the fall weather (though in Texas fall weather is not so cool, just cooler than the summer temperatures), and the spooky movies.

Some of My Favorite Spooky Movies:
Sleepy Hallow
Dracula (the Gary Oldman version)
Monster House (Yes, I love the kid movies too)
The Nightmare Before Christmas
It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown (love the Peanuts Gang)
Fright Night (80s version)
The Lost Boys
Night of the Comet
Silver Bullet
Hocus Pocus
The Haunting
Practical Magic
The Mummy (Brendan Frasier)
The Mummy Returns (Brendan Frasier)
Halloweentown series
The Craft

What are some of your favorite spooky movies?
