Saving Courtney is live at Barnes and Noble and KOBO. I'm just waiting for Amazon to do their magic.
At the time I was working on Saving Courtney, Amazon Pre-Order had just become available and was not a good option for me because of where I was and when I was trying to get it out.
I've started working on several ideas and outlines, including the one for the book 5. I'm also exploring the pre-order option for the next book. I have to do some planning and a lot of writing.
